Terms & Conditions
- The registration fee is inclusive of 18% GST, as applicable under current regulations.
- Delegates may register online using Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer (NEFT/Wire Transfer).
- Registration is mandatory and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment.
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify the conference dates, venue, or program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the committee shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
Registration Inclusions
- Conference kit/bag containing all relevant conference materials
- Access to all scientific sessions and the exhibition area
- Conference lunches and official banquet
- Participation certificate
Note:
- Workshops require separate registration and are not included in the main conference fee.
- Delegate kits for on-spot registrations will be subject to availability.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat @ idcriticon2026@gmail.com
- The last date for cancellation is October 31, 2026.
- No refunds will be processed after October 31, 2026, except in the case of government-imposed travel restrictions. The decision of the Organizing Committee will be final and binding.
- Requests for cancellation or modification will not be accepted via telephone.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
